CJ Retail Solutions go the Final Mile with BT

BT Final Mile provide a locker delivery service to field engineers across the country, working across many sectors such as IT, Smart-Metering, reprographics, fire and security. BT required a solution for the installation of their lockers and the Project Management of the entire installation process and so turned to CJ Retail Solutions. In the first six months of the contract, CJ Retail Solutions installed 2,200 lockers into BT Hubs all across the country, with priority sites noted by the client taken into consideration when scheduling installation works.

Prior to the installation of the lockers, the company project managed all aspects of manufacture, warehousing, scheduling, distribution and the Quality Check process. On site, any damaged or old lockers are uplifted if necessary. The CJ Retail Solutions installation teams took before and after pictures of each hub and each locker on site, and this was uploaded to their client portal for the client to view in real-time.
